Alisa began her HR career working with college students with job placement, resume writing and interview skills at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Since then, she has spent over 20 years working in several Human Resources roles with multi-site responsibilities for large organizations. In area, regional, and divisional HR leadership roles, she has had the pleasure of working with many individuals with advice regarding their career aspirations which she has always enjoyed.
In addition to her extensive HR background, she is also a Certified Personal and Executive Coach. She especially enjoys the opportunity to combine her HR experience and coaching background to assist others in achieving their goals. She is also the author of “90 New Employee Orientation Ideas for Human Resources Professionals” which is currently available on Amazon.com.
Alisa received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her Masters of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from National Louis University in Chicago. She received her coaching certification from the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute.
